SALE-A-BRATION HOSTESS CLUB FOR 2015

I am so very excited to invite you to the Stampin'Up! Sale-A-Bration Hostess Club!

This memo will outline the policies and guidelines for the club. Please let me know if you have any questions and get ready for some Stampin'Up! Fun!!!!

SPENDING COMMITTMENT
     Each member has committed to submit a minimum order of $50 in Stampin'Up! Catalog product (excluding shipping and tax) for the months of January, February and March, 2015.

HOSTESS BENEFITS
     Each member will receive hostess benefits for the club during one of the months. Each club month I will provide members with a hostess code which you will enter into your club order online. You are always welcome to increase your hostess benefits when it is your turn as hostess by giving out that hostess code to family and friends who are interested in getting their own Stampin'Up! Products. You might also consider holding a Private Class if you are local or a catalog party if you are long distance and apply all those orders to your hostess month. Those benefits add up quickly when you bring others in on the fun!
 
     With a minimum order outline by your club you are guaranteed at least 10% of the club sales total in Hostess Rewards to use on Stampin'Up! merchandise! Plus additional SAB perks are also awarded, detailed in the SAB catalog.  Percentage increases as sales amount increases.
 
     Extra Benefits for being in MY Hand Stamped Style Hostess Club--available only through me, each member of one of my hostess clubs get the following benefits in ADDITION to the catalog benefits (for the months they order):
 
1.     Each club member automatically get a STAMPING class attendance for FREE!
2.     All members receive a discount code for all classes via email.
3.     If not able to attend the FREE class kit can be included in your order when picked
        up and online members or those who can't attend can get a FREE project kit if club         order is submitted on or before the 10th, then shipping is free!    
4.     Local club members get to attend MY EXCLUSIVE Hostess Club Appreciation Event,
        held annually. (Online members will get FUN projects and goodie bags sent to them
        directly.)
5.     Automatically get a stamp on your STAMPERS REWARD card for each club order.
 
 
ORDERING
 
     All orders are due no later than the 15th of the designated club month. Each member can submit their order in person if at class, EMAIL to me, or submit online through my online Stampin'Up! ordering site.
 
     If I have not received your order by the night of the 15th, don't panic. I will send you ONE reminder email, or give you a call. The club depends on each members sending in her order in a timely fashion. In order for the hostess to receive her benefits, ALL of the orders must be submitted together. Therefore, if I still haven't heard back from you within 48 hours, I will place the "Oops Order".
